Leaving things on the porch
Leaving things out, the $50 limit, and who carries the risk.
How it works
You leave the thing out, the buyer takes it, and nobody has to be home. You pick the window.
The fifty dollar limit, and why
Only things priced at $50 or less can be left out. If somebody else takes it first, the buyer is refunded and you have lost the item.
That loss is yours, which is exactly why the limit exists. Never leave out more than you would mind losing.
