One photo, or several. We write the title and the description from the picture. We suggest a price when we are sure enough to be useful.

Fix anything we got wrong. Set your price. Say when somebody can pick it up. Review and publish when you are ready.
They pay, then come
For an online purchase, the buyer pays first and brings a pickup code. Check the code at handover. Eligible funds are released after the 3-day hold; bank processing takes additional time.

Taken from the sale price when something sells online, and nothing until it does.
If it does not sell, you owe nothing. Take the listing down whenever you like, or leave it up and see who shows up next weekend.
